Does it ever end?

We went out of town for the weekend so Wednesday afternoon I started the laundry. I think I did three loads. Thursday morning we had school parties (forgot my camera) and I started the laundry after lunch. The dryer ran until almost 11:00. But I got completely caught up. This picture is just the boys' clothes and some sheets and towels. By the time I was done There was a basket full of my clothes, the girls each had a basket full and the closet in the laundry room was packed. I took a picture but accidentally erased it. Oops! So we got back from our trip last night with a suitcase full of dirty clothes. Hopefully tomorrow I'll get all the wash done and won't have to think about it again until next week. We'll see.

That is exactly how I've felt lately. I think laundry has to be the worst thing about coming home from a trip.

Cursed never ending laundry. It likes to kill me too. I feel your pain and it will never end. Neither will the dishes. It's such a sad truth but hopefully your trip was fun. I really hope you don't iron everyone's sheets on top of that. The other day my sheets were really wrinkly adn I thought I might iron them remembering that you said you liked to. Then I just threw them back in the dryer for a little while and took them back out and straight onto the bed.
My advice is train your children to do the laundry. Kaleb is pretty big these days. :) My kids are too little, they'd just make a huge mess and laugh their little heads off about it.
Happy day to you.
