Done and Done

I had four Award's Days to attend in three days. The first was Rockstar's. And I forgot the camera. She had a good year. She loves school, but she has to work really hard. She worried over the CRCT's but she did great. She met the standard in all areas. Even exceeded in Reading. So I am very proud. Her class voted her "Miss Manners." I love that she is sweet and polite. She loved her teacher Mrs. Hammond. Now she's moving on to 4th grade. Wow!

Sassy's was next. She recieved the President's Gold Award which means she maintained a 95-100 average throughout the school year. She also got honor roll, chorus and honor chorus
certificates.

We went to Cowboy's that night. He had a fantastic Kindergarten teacher. And he learned so much this year. I am thrilled that he is reading! He has some great buddies in his class.

His teacher announced all of the awards he was recieving. He learned all his sight words, participated in Accelarated Reader and he was the boy in his class to earn the Good Citizen Award. Love that!

His teacher also gave personalized awards to each student and gave him the Creative Writing award! She has been sending him to first grade to read the things he has been writing.

She is such a great teacher. I hope the Baby gets in her class in a couple years. She teared up a bit saying good-bye. We will miss Mrs. Robbins!

Cowboy's graduation was this morning. It was a fifties theme and the kids looked sooo cute! I won mom of the year (again) when I went to snap the picture of him recieving his diploma and the memory card was full. Ughhh! He was the boy in his class to recieve the Sportsmanship Medal from the coach. Yay Cowboy!

We left the Kindergarten Graduation early to go next door to the Eighth Grade Graduation. Caveman sang with the Chorus. Then he got a bunch of awards. And some medals. And a trophy.
He got sixteen certificates, awards for Academic Excellence in Art and Chorus, the President's Gold Award, and recieved a trophy for exceeding expectations in all five areas of the CRCT for all three years of middle school. I'm really proud of that kid!

I'm proud of all of them. They work hard. And they deserve a couple months off!
