A Makeover

My girls room has made me crazy as long as we've lived in this house. In the past we have had a playroom or the girls have had larger bedrooms with larger closets. Not the case in this house. Their room is about 10'x11' and has a small closet. It seems like I go through their room every few months and get rid of stuff but still there was not room for everything. They got new bedding for Christmas so after Christmas I decided I'd had enough. Their room was trashed all the time. So I took Sassy pants and we went to IKEA. We moved the old dresser out of the room and brought in the Expedit bookshelf. Now all of the clothes are in the closet and all of the "stuff" is on the shelf. I love these flower wall lamps. They each have one over their bed for reading at night. Thy set up rooms for playing house at each end of the bed. This is the kitchen area. I didn't get a pic of the baby room. I still want to get each of them a bulletin board to hang over their beds and they need new curtains. The old purple ones just aren't working anymore.

They love it and have really done a good job keeping it clean the past few weeks. It makes such a difference when there is actually a place for everything. Anyone want to come play house?
