Thursday morning the kids were getting ready for school. Caveman was ready and sat down on the couch for a few minutes. I took a look at him and the conversation went something like this...
Me: Uh, why are you wearing swim shoes to school?
Caveman: (Looks at me with that teenager-totally-loosing-patience-with-my-mom
look. And HE's the one sitting there wearing aqua socks with his Levi's
and VOTE FOR PEDRO T-shirt.)
Me: So really, why are you wearing those shoes?
Caveman: Well, I just want people to ask...and it's aaaalllready workin.
