She was the girl in her class that received the music award. She also received certificates for good attendance and completing first grade. Her class voted her "happiest girl" and she received a medal designed by one of her classmates. So cute!Then we were off to fourth grade awards. Sassypants teacher had each of the students write a poem about themselves. She read the poem then had the students sit up front while she presented them with their awards. 
She received an award for having all A's all year and a special award from her teacher for being a good citizen in her class. Way to go Sassypants! She also got certificates for good attendance, participating in Chorus and completing keyboarding. Her class voted on awards for their classmates and she was voted "best hair". (I wish I would have done more with her hair that day).
By the time it was over the baby was done. Too much school for a one year old!
