Finale

Saturday in Savannah was Caveman's concert day. His rehearsal started late in the morning so we had a relaxing morning. After we dropped him off, we just walked around the city for a couple of hours. I took a TON of pictures. Old houses, porch lights, front steps. I love all the details that historic homes have. But I'll post those pictures later. We sat in on a few minutes of Caveman's rehearsal. So good. He was in the Men's Chorus this year. Again, so good. He's kind of in the middle in the yellow shirt.

When he was finished we went to Loco's for lunch. We love that place! Still bummed that the one here closed. And after lunch we went to Forsyth Park. So lovely. And those little boys of mine couldn't wait to get to the playground.

Matt played with the kids while I took pictures of some of the homes surrounding the park. And I got some pics of my kiddos too.

This is video of Caveman's favorite song they performed. I think those boys were having a blast. After the director left the stage at the end of the performance, the boys broke into song again. Completely unplanned. It was pretty cool. So glad he could be a part of this again. And who knows? Maybe we'll be in Savannah again next year...
